Brian Landon
Co-Founder & CEO
Brian Landon, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fixed Resilience, has dedicated his career to building stronger, more resilient communities around the world. His journey began in the Peace Corps Bulgaria, serving as elected Chairman of the Anti-Human Trafficking Committee and Community & Education Development. His leadership in the anti-human trafficking campaign earned him an invitation to meet with then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to discuss anti-human trafficking initiatives during her official visit to Bulgaria.
Brian's commitment to community development extended to directing private schools in South Korea and consulting for the Malaysian Ministry of Education. He later earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where his work in the International Human Rights Clinic helped introduce legislation that contributed to dismantling human trafficking networks.
After law school Brian shifted focus from litigation and pursued a Master’s in Science in Threat and Response Management from the University of Chicago. It was during his master's program that Brian deepened his commitment to emergency preparedness.
Brian's entrepreneurial drive led him to found Cascadia Survival Gear, an emergency go bag company. Seeing greater opportunities for innovation, he co-founded Fixed Resilience with Rick Hudson. Together, they are transforming resiliency by building cross-regional networks that integrate FXR Resiliency Hubs, community consulting and training, and advanced monitoring systems, empowering communities to be prepared for any challenge.
