FXR builds Resiliency Networks to fortify communities.
Fixed Resilience is dedicated to building stronger, more prepared communities through innovative approaches to emergency preparedness.
Co-founded by Brian Landon and Rick Hudson, the company focuses on creating cross-regional resiliency networks that go beyond traditional local solutions. At the heart of this mission are our FXR Resiliency Hubs, strategically placed across communities, offering critical supplies and resources for times of disaster. These sites are complemented by comprehensive community training programs and an expanding information and operational camera system that monitors the cache sites, ensuring they remain functional and secure when needed most.
Our founders bring decades of combined experience in public safety, emergency management, international human rights, and community development. Rick Hudson’s 37-year career in fire service and emergency management has provided invaluable insights into the realities of crisis response and community resilience, while Brian Landon’s work in global community development and his leadership in anti-human trafficking efforts bring a unique perspective to building cohesive, adaptable systems that empower communities.
At Fixed Resilience, we believe that true resilience goes beyond preparedness; it requires a network of support, innovation, and education. Our mission is to revolutionize how communities approach emergency preparedness by providing the tools, knowledge, and infrastructure needed to thrive in the face of adversity. Whether through emergency cache sites, community education, or cutting-edge technology, we are committed to ensuring that communities are not only prepared to survive but are equipped to recover and rebuild stronger than before.
